ANDTEK nominated „Preferred Solutions Partner“

Munich/Hallbergmoos, January 12 – The Munich-based unified communications specialist ANDTEK GmbH is nominated “Preferred Solutions Partner”. Only 5 companies in Europe hold this exclusive Cisco partnership, worldwide there are only about 20 companies. Visitors of the Cisco Live! and Networkers (taking place in London from January 31st until February 3rd) have the opportunity to catch up on the advantages of the new “Preferred Solutions Partner” offerings.

“Preferred Solutions Partner“ is the highest title Cisco confers to developing partners. Only a handful of companies in Europe hold this Cisco partnership so far.
Users utilizing the services and products of a “Preferred Solutions Partner” profit from the advantage of this extremely close partnership. “Thanks to this partnership we have access to all relevant Cisco resources and thus are in the position to guarantee complete compatibility with Cisco products and solutions”, says ANDTEK manager Roland Russwurm.

At the “Cisco Networkers”, one of the leading IT technology trade fairs in Europe, taking place in London International Convention Center (ICC) ExCeL, visitors of the ANDTEK booth E8 have the opportunity to inform themselves about the latest technologies and trends. For example about the advantages of a modern attendant console including legally binding voice recording, high-class manager/assistant services, database integration, MS Outlook contacts and corporate directories offering a large variety of formats. Upon calls the attendant get detailed caller information and has all required service to deliver calls to the proper destination.
All attendant console functions can be managed centrally on a clearly arranged interface and are fully integrated with all other ANDTEK solutions.
